Language Awareness with a Focus on Lexical Variation

With the continuous development of English language teaching (ELT), awareness has been studied as a 
 approach. Vocabulary knowledge is indispensable in all skills, such reading and speaking, listening, writing. It one constituent elements language. This article based on literature review provides lexical variation view awareness, attempts to discuss variability flexibility with focus lexis, which reflects from perspective teachers. The study shows that Data-driven learning (DDL) approach helped EFL learners build some degree. Furthermore, three reflections teachers’ are follow: setting themes for peculiar words each lesson will help students easily understand words; adjust own expression according actual response constantly; teach through culture.
